• Prepare monthly management accounts, commentary, and analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning cycles.
• Business partner with non‑finance stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Provide meaningful insight into performance drivers and cost control.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of transactional accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives.
• Assist with year‑end and audit preparation.
• Support strategic projects and system enhancements.

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Strong management reporting skills with the ability to turn data into insight.
• Confident communication skills and a proactive, business‑partnering approach.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI or similar advantageous).
• Commercial awareness and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
