** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Produce statutory accounts for Group Holding and Logistics companies
* Own the end-to-end preparation of statutory accounts across multiple legal entities
* Review balance sheets to ensure compliance with accounting standards and identify control improvements
* Ensure SOX compliance across all relevant financial processes
* Act as the main point of contact for auditors across multiple entities
* Stay up to date with accounting standards, company law, and apply these across reporting
* Deliver ad-hoc technical accounting projects and financial reviews
* Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and manual journal entries
* Build strong working relationships across Shared Services, EMEA, Corporate Controllership and tax teams
* Month end close support through financial analysis
* Report creation
* Support wider projects as required##
** What You’ll Bring
*** Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
* Proven experience producing complex statutory accounts across multiple entities
* High proficiency in SAP and Excel
* Background within a Top 20 accounting firm (desirable)
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Ability to navigate challenges with energy, enthusiasm, and creativity
* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and remote teams##
