Job Description
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyse business performance and forecast future trends.
- Collaborate with various departments to prepare budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities within the business.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Experience with in the insurance industry or a related sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
