Phillips Law seeks a Head of Finance and Business Insights to lead the Firm’s financial health and strategic forecasting in Basingstoke. You will own budgets, cash flow, and KPI dashboards, and join up data across finance, operations, client and people streams to illuminate performance for senior leaders.
You will manage a finance and BI team, embed robust controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive profitability, efficiency and regulatory compliance where applicable.
