What will the Financial Controller role involve?

Leading the financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all statutory and management reports
Providing strategic financial insights to support operational decision-making and long-term planning
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimise financial performance
Managing a small finance team, promoting development, and ensuring high standards of financial discipline

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

Demonstrates strong experience in senior finance roles, particularly within technology or rapidly growing environments
Holds a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent
Exhibits excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Has proven leadership qualities and the ability to manage and develop teams effectively
