Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Berkshire

Advisory work, supported business development and a clear route to Director

This is a Corporate Tax Senior Manager role for someone who wants their next move to mean more than a larger portfolio.

The firm has a highly successful corporate tax team, built around a clear strategy, strong marketing, and a client base that provides the work with real variety. Clients include quoted companies, entrepreneurial SMEs and privately owned groups across sectors such as property, construction, retail and manufacturing.

The role sits directly beneath the Partner and carries genuine visibility.

You would work on UK and international corporate tax advisory projects, including restructuring, transactions, venture capital schemes, R&D tax relief, capital allowances and international tax matters. The work is technical, commercial and closely connected to the firm’s wider growth plans.

You would work closely with the Partners on winning new work, developing existing client relationships and helping shape the future direction of the corporate tax offering. There is also support from a technical team, allowing you to develop advisory services without having to carry everything alone.

The progression route is clear.
The next step is Director
, with a longer-term opportunity to build a case for Partnership. That will depend on performance and the business case, but the structure of the role provides the right ingredients: senior visibility, advisory work, client development, internal support, and direct access to the Partner group.
