• Managing the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely payments
• Assisting with foreign exchange transactions and supporting the team with FX-related accounting requirements
• Supporting subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and company policies
• Maintaining accurate accounts records and resolving discrepancies or queries in a professional and proactive manner
• Contributing to the smooth operation of the finance team as it scales, with opportunities for involvement in wider finance processes and projects

• Proven experience in accounts payable or finance administration
• Knowledge of FX transactions and experience handling foreign currency transactions is desirable
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Enthusiastic team player with a desire to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment
