• Salary: £12.60 per hour
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Times: 3x 07:45–20:15 shifts

Homefield House is a 24-bed dementia nursing care home located in a vibrant residential area, close to shops in Rooksdown on the outskirts of Basingstoke.

• Provide person‑centred care in line with each individual's care plan.
• Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
