We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Basingstoke, Aldershot, Alton, Farnborough, Fleet, and Hook. • Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care services.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills.
• Promote independence by encouraging clients to engage in their own care.

• Previous experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of care plans and home care practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to drive is a plus.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Basic IT skills are beneficial.

• Full driving licence (required).
• Willingness to travel 75% (required).
