This is a full-time on-site role based in Basingstoke for a Workshop Assistant Bank Staff. The role involves assisting adults with learning disabilities in daily workshop activities, guiding them through basic assembling tasks, and promoting skill development. Responsibilities include providing supervision, encouraging effective communication and teamwork, supporting participants' personal growth, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. Collaboration with other staff to maintain smooth operations and uphold the organization's values is expected.
