Extended Clinical Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Extended Clinical Practitioner to join our forward thinking and innovative GP groups at Shakespeare Road.

Shakespeare Road provides services for 13,000 patients in Basingstoke.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated professional with excellent clinical, organisational & communication skills, who has the ability to work autonomously.

The post holder will be an experienced nurse/AHP, acting within their professional boundaries, to support our on-going initiatives. The post holder will also hold their own clinics and demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will work collaboratively with the general practice team and extended primary care team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership.

They will look to develop new and innovative concepts, models, methods and practices to deliver new and improved primary care services to meet the needs of the practice population.
