Flexy Support is a people-first care agency providing high-quality, reliable support across residential, supported living, and community settings. We are currently recruiting full-time Care Workers to jointhe team in Cornwall.
The RoleAs a full-time Care Worker with Flexy Support, you will provide consistent, person-centred care, supporting individuals to live safely,comfortably, and with dignity. This role offers regular hours, stability, andthe opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.
Requirements- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCES REQUIRED
- MOTOR VEHICLE REQUIRED
- NO SPONSORSHIP – will accept 20 hours per week
- Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Completing accurate care notes and reporting concerns
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and on-site teams
- Supportive and approachable management team
- Training and development opportunities
