NHS is expanding its Diabetes service and is seeking an Adolescent and Young Persons Diabetes Specialist Nurse. This newly created 12-month position involves supporting young people's transition from pediatric to adult diabetic care.
The role includes developing roles with young patients, applying specialist diabetes knowledge, and providing outstanding communication in a multidisciplinary team. Required qualifications include professional UK registration and two years’ relevant experience. The salary ranges from £49,387 to £56,515 annually, pro rata.
