Position: Support Worker
Location: Worting Road, Basingstoke
Hours: 37.5 contracted hours per week (Mon‑Sun, including weekends, days, evenings, holidays and sleep‑ins)
Salary: £26,058.65 per annum (£13.33 p/h)

AboutThe Role
We want someone caring and enthusiastic to support customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health conditions. It is a rewarding and flexible position that changes daily.
Must have a full UK driving license.
Day to Day Activities- Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
- Medication administration (if required)
- Support with preparing and cooking meals
- Support with attending medical appointments
- Support with social activities
- Support with independent skills
- Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
- Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
- Keeping up to date with training

Qualifications & Requirements- Clean UK driving license to use a customer vehicle
- Self‑directed and able to work within a team
- Excellent communication skills with people
- Ability to complete quality support records
- Willingness to work weekends
- Willingness to work shifts between 7 am and 10:30 pm and overnight sleep‑ins
- Ability to follow a support plan, risk assessments and maintain customer records
- Literacy and numeracy in English
- Willingness and ability to achieve the Care Certificate
- Flexible hours to fit around your needs and customers
