This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, while relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicines safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. As an RGN you have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and are truly valued and respected for what you do.

You must have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up‑to‑date clinical practices. Experience with developing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You should be dedicated, compassionate and pride yourself on a person‑centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
