Bluebird Care North Hampshire & West Berkshire is seeking a Care Supervisor in the Basingstoke area to lead and develop our domiciliary care team. You will oversee care plans, support carers, and ensure high quality, person-centred services for clients.
This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with on-call duties; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Salary £26,000 - £27,000 plus on-call £1,950 per year, with pension and training opportunities.
