Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Bank Oncology Pharmacist to clinically verify SACT regimens and prescriptions, aligning with BOPA standards. The role involves working with the cancer services team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑focused clinical pharmacy across the day units and ward.
You will liaise with the MDT, obtain the SACT Passport if needed, and support policy changes while contributing to the NHS Cancer Strategy delivery. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
