Location:

Across Basingstoke, Aldershot, Andover, Farnborough, Fleet and Hook.

Salary: £13.52 - £14.04 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

• Guaranteed hours:
  Permanent contracts for full-time and part-time roles
• Consistent shift patterns: 7.00 am – 2.00 pm, 4.00 pm – 10.00 pm
• Alternate weekend working on a two-week rota, 4 on 4 off rota

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Hook area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

• Drivers with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance (travel requirements)
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
• Good English communication skills
