- Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm with on-call duties of 1 in 8 weekends on average.

- To ensure Bluebird Care provides safe, effective, high-quality care that is responsive to each customer’s needs and preferences
- To ensure our services respect customers’ choices and always promote their dignity and privacy.
- Ensure all care plans are compliant, person-centered, and bespoke to the customer's needs and preferences
- Complete new customer assessments and reviews on current customers
- Support with coordination
- Support with monitoring of care professionals and ensure compliance
- Fullfill On Call duties of 1 in 8 weekends on average

- You must be caring and compassionate towards people in need of care and support those who require these services
- A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- excellent IT skills
- Provide excellent customer service with a smile, being supportive and calm, you’ll be highly organised and enjoy communicating with your colleagues and customers.
- You must have at least 2 years of experience working in domiciliary care an NVQ3 in health and social care is preferred
- Show initiative and complete agreed actions, working as part of our team to achieve business outcomes together
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive to continually learn and improve.
- Must hold a permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK
- Be an ambassador for Bluebird Care and always align with our vision to always make our customers smile by creating a respectful environment where outstanding care professionals feel valued and are supported to deliver outstanding care
