The Opportunity

New Way Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected, independent home care provider to recruit an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager
.

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and driven leader to take responsibility for a well-established community care service, supporting a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.

Quality & Compliance: Lead the service to meet and exceed CQC standards, driving continuous improvement and high-quality care.

Leadership: Inspire, support and develop care coordinators, field supervisors and care professionals.

Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, including staffing, scheduling, budgets and resources.

Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.

Care Planning: Ensure care plans and risk assessments are regularly reviewed and reflect each individual's needs, preferences and circumstances.

Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to develop the service while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
