As a Care Assistant
, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents living within our Extra Care scheme, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing in their own homes.

Your duties will include:

• Personal care
• Medication support (where applicable)
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Companionship and emotional support
• Supporting residents to access activities and social opportunities
• Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

• Ability to work 22:00pm to 8:00am and alternate weekends.
• A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine desire to support others and make a positive difference to people's lives.
