As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your role includes delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring respect and dignity for residents. You'll support the care team to provide continuous services, handling tasks such as personal hygiene and recognizing clinical risks. You'll act courteously towards residents and their visitors while practicing safe systems across tasks. Our ideal candidate should communicate effectively, respect residents, demonstrate initiative, and be adaptable.

No prior experience is required as we offer thorough induction and training. You must be flexible to cover responsibilities at short notice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times.
