Invictus Complex Care is looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Complex Care Assistant to join our small team supporting a 22-year-old lady living in the Basingstoke area.
This is not a traditional care-home role.
You will provide one-to-one support in the client's own home and community, helping her maintain her independence, follow her routines and enjoy the activities and interests that are important to her.
You will become part of a consistent team, supported by our nurse-led clinical team, with comprehensive training provided for the specific care needs of the role.

Our client is a 22-year-old lady who values her independence and enjoys having a consistent routine and support that is built around her individual needs, preferences and interests.
She has a creative personality and particularly enjoys:

- Music
- Making things
- Getting out into the community
We're looking for someone who will enjoy getting involved in these interests and helping create positive, meaningful experiences throughout the day.
This role is about much more than completing a list of care tasks. It's about supporting a young woman to live her life as independently and meaningfully as possible.
About the careOur client has a number of complex health needs, including Ehlers‑Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), fibromyalgia, gastroparesis, epilepsy and autism.
The role includes supporting with:
- Personal care and maintaining dignity
- Medication administration
- NJ tube feeding
- Pain management and monitoring
- Continence care
- Daily routines
- Rehabilitation and promoting independence
- Social and community activities
- Hobbies and interests
- Companionship and emotional support
- Creating a safe and comfortable environment
You do not need to have experience with every aspect of this care.
Our experienced, nurse-led clinical team will provide full training, competency support and ongoing clinical guidance relating to the specific needs of the client.
Experience with PEG feeding would be beneficial, although it is not essential.
