Support Worker, Community Health

We are working in partnership with a provider of Adult's services and have a permanent opportunity for a Support Worker based in Whitchurch or Ruckley If successful, you will be working with adults with learning disabilities, autism and some challenges in their behaviours. This is a permanent position working working 40 hours per week with additional sleep ins.
