Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Therapy Practitioner for the Acute team at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. The role requires a highly motivated individual who can work autonomously and within a team to deliver acute rehabilitation and support discharge planning.
You will rotate through General Medicine, Cardiac, Surgical and Elderly Care with a commitment to a 7-day service and weekend working. A Therapy Assistant background in an acute setting is preferred.
