We are currently recruiting for a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant at Audleys Wood Hotel, a gorgeous AA‑awarded 4‑star 68‑bedroom country house hotel surrounded by stunning woodlands and seven acres of lush private grounds. It boasts a 2‑AA Rosette fine dining restaurant and a variety of function spaces making this a popular wedding and events venue.

• Prepare food and beverage service areas to Hand Picked Hotels standards, ensuring high standards of presentation are always maintained.
• Maintain a good knowledge of food menu items and availability, including main ingredients, allergens and preparation style.
• Offer accurate and enticing product descriptions with recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Work enthusiastically alongside team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain a basic knowledge of the wine list and stock availability.
• Understand basic principles of food and wine matching, different grape varieties and predominant flavours.
• Be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of the Hand Picked Team.

• Current base knowledge and experience of food and beverage within a quality‑driven hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities.
• Flexible approach to assist in different areas of the hotel as business and guest needs dictate.
• High level of emotional intelligence, enabling anticipation of guests' needs to deliver a Hand Picked experience.
• Demonstrate ability to deliver our guest experience standards, going above and beyond to create a high‑quality, personalised, and magical experience.

• A competitive salary package of £13.00 per hour.
