Recruitment Consultant

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to support our talent acquisition activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a range of positions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

This role offers flexibility and is ideal for an experienced recruiter looking for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to candidate placement. Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking, and databases. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles. Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to clients. Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Negotiate offers and support candidates through the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records within the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems. Meet agreed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay informed about industry trends and labour market developments. Requirements Essential Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software. Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.

Desirable Experience recruiting within [industry/sector]. Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices. Experience using Linked In Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
