Our client, an established Basingstoke business, is looking for an HR & Facilities Coordinator to be that person. Part front-of-house, part office operations, part HR support, all genuinely varied.

• → First point of contact for visitors, calls, and deliveries
• → Keeping the office safe, stocked, and compliant
• → Supporting onboarding, recruitment, and HR records
• → Sitting in on employee relations meetings and taking the notes that matter
• → Being trusted with things that need discretion

• → GCSE English & Maths
• → Confident with MS Office
• → Sharp attention to detail
• → A naturally organised, "I've got this" approach
• → Comfortable holding confidential information

• → Full time, 37.5 hrs, with flexibility for the right person
• → A genuine mix of HR, facilities, and recruitment exposure
