About Elis

With a presence in 29 countries and a team of around 52,000 people, we combine the scale and stability of an international organisation with the opportunity to build a rewarding and long-term career. Our people are at the heart of everything we do.
We believe in investing in our people, recognising their contribution and giving them the opportunity to develop, progress and build careers they can be proud of. At Elis, you'll be part of a culture built on trust, respect and collaboration, where your ideas and contribution are valued. We want our people to have a voice, and our commitment to listening and acting on employee feedback was recognised when Elis UK won Best Employee Engagement Experience Initiative at the 2024 CIPD People Management Awards for our Employee Voice programme.
With opportunities across operations, engineering, logistics, sales and our head office support functions, there are many ways to develop your career with Elis.
This is an exciting time to join recruitment at Elis UK. We are building a more proactive, direct and commercially focused internal recruitment function, and we're looking for a Recruitment Partner who wants to play a key part in that journey. This isn't a role that's simply about processing vacancies or waiting for applications to arrive. You'll partner directly with managers across the business to understand their recruitment challenges, identify the talent they need and develop the right sourcing strategy to find it.
You'll use direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, referrals, job boards, Linked In and proactive networking to identify great people and build talent pipelines for both current and future requirements. Ultimately, we want our Recruitment Partners to become trusted recruitment experts to the business - bringing market knowledge, challenging where appropriate and helping managers make better hiring decisions. If you enjoy finding great people, building relationships and want the freedom to influence how an internal recruitment function develops, we'd love to hear from you.
