Now we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help us build our Accountancy & Finance offering across the Northern Home Counties . This isn’t an opportunity to inherit a desk and simply work vacancies. It’s an opportunity to build a specialist market, develop your commercial skills, grow a valuable network and become known for the quality of your relationships and market knowledge.

Working alongside experienced colleagues and with the support of an established specialist brand, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Build and develop your own specialist Accountancy & Finance market - Perm, Contract, Part-Qualified or Senior Finance Develop trusted relationships with finance professionals, hiring managers and senior stakeholders Build a high-quality network of Accountancy & Finance candidates Identify and develop new business opportunities Work with established organisations, recognisable consumer brands and ambitious growing businesses Develop long-term client relationships rather than simply react to vacancies Attend networking events and build your profile across the local market Collaborate with specialist teams across Finance, Technology, Private Equity, Business Transformation and Executive Leadership You’ll have the platform, reputation and relationships of Broster Buchanan behind you, with the autonomy to take increasing ownership as your market develops.
