A well-established Managed Service Provider in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer. This role calls for a confident engineer with strong MSP experience who enjoys hands-on technical support and client engagement. Responsibilities include providing high-quality support, acting as an escalation point for complex issues, and delivering technical projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in similar roles, strong customer-facing skills, and knowledge of networking, security, and virtualization technologies.

The salary ranges from £38,000 to £45,000 per annum.
