A well-established Managed Service Provider in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong MSP experience and excellent customer-facing skills, providing high-quality technical support both remotely and onsite. Responsibilities include delivering infrastructure and cloud projects, configuring networks, and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
A full UK driving licence is required, and the salary ranges from £38,000 to £45,000 per annum.
