Castle Trust Group is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality IT services across the organization. This role includes managing desktop and application support teams and third-party IT suppliers while tracking performance through KPIs.
The position is hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week at the Basingstoke office. The ideal candidate has strong ITIL knowledge and leadership experience.
