IT Event Manager (DV Cleared)
Corsham (On-Site) £550 per day (Contract to December 2026)
We are seeking an experienced IT Event Manager to support a secure, customer-facing operational network within a highly collaborative environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of event monitoring and incident management across live infrastructure, working closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor IT infrastructure and manage alerts, events, and incidents
- Escalate and coordinate with resolver groups and service desks
- Configure and optimise event monitoring tools and dashboards
- Support continuous improvement of event management processes and best practice
- Contribute to detection, correlation, and response strategies
About You
- Strong experience in ITIL Event Management / Incident Management
- SME-level knowledge of monitoring tools such as:Solar Winds, SCOM, BMC True Sight, Whats Up Gold, Tanium, Tripwire
- Comfortable working on-site within secure environments
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy
