We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join Stannah, based at Watt Close, Andover.

This role involves efficiently managing user queries, IT issues, and service requests through our ITSM tool, ensuring SLA compliance, triaging requests, and keeping users updated. You will also support ongoing process improvements through analysis, automation, and knowledge sharing.

Work hours:

08:30 – 17:15 Monday – Thursday, 08:30 – 13:30 Friday on a permanent contract.

• Act as the first point of contact for support requests from users across multiple locations
• Respond to incidents and service requests, providing information and support
• Complete first‑line investigation and diagnosis, escalating when required
• Coordinate incident and request resolution with internal teams and third parties
• Process service requests including Joiners/Movers/Leavers procedures

• Strong ability to prioritise and complete tasks under pressure
• Ability to coordinate issue resolution with multiple stakeholders
• Hold a full valid UK Driving Licence
• Flexible to travel to the UK and subsidiaries as requested, sometimes at short notice

• BTEC Diploma in Computing
• Microsoft AZ-900 + SC-900 + MD-102
• Linux+ CompTIA
• GCSE Maths and English
• ITIL Fundamentals
