Excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, or Technical Support Administrator to join a global engineering technology business supporting innovative metering and infrastructure solutions.

This is an ideal role for someone from a customer support, technical support, or IT service desk background who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and learning new technologies within a supportive team environment.

The Role

• Manage customer incidents and service requests through to resolution using a ticket management system
• Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating where required, while providing excellent customer communication
• Maintain accurate documentation, update knowledge articles, and support continuous service improvements
• Monday-Friday service desk rota (week 1: 8 am-4:30 pm, week 2: 9:30 - 6 pm),
• 12-month fixed-term contract

The Person

• Experience with in Customer Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Good Microsoft 365 / IT skills and experience using ticketing or CRM systems
• Keen to learn new technologies and work within a collaborative team
