Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to join our IT team and be the frontline for staff, elected members and external agencies. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and help maintain desktop, mobile, and telephony infrastructure.
You’ll install and configure hardware and software, support Office 365 and Active Directory, and contribute to IT projects while delivering outstanding customer service.
