PMO Planner

We are looking for an experienced PMO Planner to support a complex, large-scale programme in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for maintaining integrated programme schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies and critical paths, and providing clear planning insight to support effective programme delivery.

• Proven experience in PMO planning / project or programme scheduling.
• Experience managing integrated schedules across multiple projects or work streams.
• Strong understanding of milestones, dependencies, critical paths and schedule risk.
• Ability to identify slippage and provide recovery planning and constructive challenge.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding skills for senior governance forums.
• Advanced MS Project and Excel skills;
  PowerPoint and SharePoint experience.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within complex programmes, Defence or Government environments would be highly desirable.
