Property Litigation Associate Solicitor (3+ years PQE)

An opportunity to join a leading Real Estate Disputes team recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The team advises a broad client base including commercial landlords, developers, landowners and private individuals, acting on complex, high-value property litigation matters.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial and residential real estate disputes, with close collaboration across the firm to deliver practical, commercial outcomes. The quality of work is comparable to larger City firms, without the associated hours culture.

You will manage your own caseload of property litigation matters while supporting partners and senior associates on larger and more complex disputes. There is also scope to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the ongoing development of the team.

This role offers clear progression and the opportunity to further specialise within a well-established real estate disputes practice.

You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in property litigation or real estate disputes. Candidates with a mixed caseload who are looking to specialise in this area are welcome.

The role is likely to suit someone around 3+ PQE, although the firm takes a flexible approach and is open to candidates ready to step into an associate role.

The role is full-time with hybrid working, combining home and office-based work. The team is flexible and open to alternative working arrangements.
