Maintenance Technician

The position is a permanent Maintenance Technician role based in Basingstoke Hampshire.

In this role, you will be part of a maintenance team supporting operations. Your day-to-day duties will include planned and reactive maintenance, routine equipment inspections, basic repairs, and the cleaning and sanitisation of machinery. You’ll be responsible for identifying and reporting faults, assisting with on-the-job training for colleagues, and helping to keep production equipment operating reliably and efficiently. This is a practical role that requires a proactive approach and a hands-on mindset.

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a maintenance-related role, such as Maintenance Technician or a completed apprenticeship in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or a similar field

* Confidence using hand tools and carrying out practical tasks

* A strong mechanical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills

* Clear communication skills and basic computer knowledge

* A full UK driving licence
