About The Role

The days and hours:
This is a zero‑hours cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad‑hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

• Deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment to maintain a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials, and replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; use the mandatory training and must understand what to look out for.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• An attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (basic level of spoken English); candidates can be fully trained from scratch if they demonstrate a positive and thoughtful approach.
• Local to the area.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (proof required at interview).
