Hospitality Technician​/Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Kitchen Assistant / Porter to support our catering operations.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across the kitchen.
• Manage pot‑wash and still areas.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHO and COSHH regulations.
• Oversee waste management.
• Maintain stock using FIFO principles.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Current authorisation to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Proof of qualifications may be required prior to interview.
