- Must have a clean UK Driving Licence, with access to a company pool vehicle.

We are looking for a dedicated Cover Cleaner & Mobile Public Area Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to maintain all cleaning public toilets, equipment and areas in a clean, well‑maintained, and safe condition, adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will gain a comprehensive understanding of your designated cleaning area, including optimal hours for cleaning tasks and the specific cleaning equipment and chemicals used on‑site, while complying with Health and Safety regulations.

The current role will be 5 hours a day cleaning at one site with the additional hours of mobile cleaning at various public conveniences across Basingstoke and its surrounds.

As a Cleaning operator, you will work set and flexible hours. They could be split from 5 to 8‑hour shifts. You'll need to be flexible as there will be day shifts, some evenings, and some weekends to provide coverage for absences within our team. Your availability for morning, daytime, or evening shifts is essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need to complete all necessary cleaning and operational training independently. Team collaboration is crucial, but you should also be comfortable working independently when needed.

Building strong, positive relationships with our clients is a key aspect of this role. You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service while actively looking for ways to improve and exceed our clients' expectations.
