We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Reinstatement Manager, to join our Gas division, to ensure all reinstatement works are planned, executed and completed effectively and safely.

Here are some of the activities that you’ll get involved with:
  • Manage several operational reinstatement teams, to ensure adherence with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and procedures
  • Lead and inspire a culture of 'quality and safety - first time and every time'
  • Deal with any escalated HSEQ issues, ensuring they are resolved and lessons are learnt and shared
  • Monitor performance to ensure profitability and project efficiencies are maximised
  • Assist commercial colleagues with sub-contractor procurement and reporting
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the supply chain team, in relation to buying materials
  • Organise and chair monthly team meetings and attend client meetings
  • Review training requirements for direct reports, ensuring they have the appropriate tickets in place to carry out work, as well as training that supports their future career goals and ambitions
  • Monitor and manage the standby rota

  • Extensive experience within reinstatement is essential as is a full NRSWA qualification and driving licence.
  • Being a self-motivated, confident communicator and influencer are prerequisites, as is being commercially and financially aware and computer literate.
  • Technical knowledge of Highways specifications and a Health & Safety qualification would both be highly desirable.
