The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the home to an excellent standard, with a focus on housekeeping and laundry, alongside occasional cooking when requested. This is a lovely, relaxed household looking for someone reliable, proactive and genuinely passionate about their work.
About the Household Modern private residence based in Barnes, Richmond One small dog No children Friendly and welcoming household
Key Responsibilities Full housekeeping duties, ensuring the home is consistently maintained to a high standard Daily cleaning and tidying across all areas of the property Deep cleaning as and when required Laundry and ironing to an excellent standard Careful handling of household items, furnishings and clothing Occasional simple cooking or meal preparation when requested Maintaining a well-organised and tidy home Reporting any household maintenance requirements or issues Occasional assistance with the family dog as required Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be an experienced private housekeeper with a strong eye for detail and a genuine pride in their work.
They should be:
Experienced in private household housekeeping Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated Reliable, discreet and trustworthy Confident working independently Flexible and happy to assist with occasional cooking A good communicator with a friendly and professional manner Comfortable around dogs Looking for a long-term position within a lovely private household This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Housekeeper seeking a permanent Monday-to-Friday position within a welcoming home in Barnes.
