We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead and develop multiple pre-construction projects, guiding them from feasibility through to detailed design and ensuring a smooth transition into construction. If you're passionate about innovation and project strategy, this could be your next big move.

What will I be doing?

• You're a project pro - managing everything from kick-off to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget targets are hit while keeping the P6 programme on track.
• You're hands-on and present - visiting sites, attending key meetings, tracking progress, and keeping both Clancy and the client in the loop every step of the way.
• You're a natural communicator - working closely with clients, senior leaders, and stakeholders to align on timelines and deliverables, all while showcasing Clancy's values.
• You lead from the front - coordinating subcontractors, supporting estimating and commercial teams, and making sure the whole project runs like clockwork, especially during pre-construction.
• You're detail-driven - capturing critical info during the pre-construction phase, helping to shape CDM and safety documentation, and supporting everything from cost control to stakeholder plans.

What do I need to succeed?

• You know your contracts - ideally NEC - and you've got the confidence to navigate them with ease.
• You've worked with High Voltage and utilities before, especially in DNO environments and Streetworks, so you understand the challenges and how to overcome them.
• Substations are your thing - from civils to cabling, protection to RTS, you've been hands-on with full development and build cycles.
• You're a project leader who thrives in pre-construction planning and execution, with a solid track record in managing complex build projects.
• You bring technical expertise and practical experience in DNO substations, highways, and the power transmission/distribution industry - and if you know your way around Primavera P6, even better.
