My client, a leading national contractor are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a 16M steel frame industrial unit in Basingstoke.
Contract durtion is 42 weeks
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, managing programme, cost, quality, and health & safety, while coordinating subcontractors and consultants.
Key requirements:
Proven experience delivering industrial or steel frame projects as a Project Manager
Strong commercial and programme management skills
Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractor performance
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
This is an excellent opportunity to lead high-value industrial projects from start to completion with a reputable contractor.
