Warehouse Supervisor

The business is now seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure the efficient, accurate movement of goods throughout the facility. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

You will be responsible for overseeing receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns, conducting cycle counts and stock investigations, supporting ISO and quality requirements, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards. The role also includes coaching team members, monitoring shipping performance and costs, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and organisational skills, hands-on warehouse supervision experience, and a solid understanding of inventory control, ERP systems, and shipping platforms such as DHL, UPS, or Fed Ex. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and import/export processes is highly desirable, along with the physical capability to operate in an active warehouse environment.
