National with frequent travel (including Basingstoke) | Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours | £60,000 - £75,000 DOE
As part of our transformation journey, we’re modernising our transport operations to improve efficiency, compliance, service and cost. To support this, we’re strengthening our regional change delivery capability.
We’re looking for experienced Transport Change Managers to lead and embed change across our regional transport operations.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior site leadership teams to ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are successfully adopted in live, fast-paced environments. You’ll take ownership of regional transport change initiatives from concept through to sustained delivery.
This role offers the chance to make a tangible difference to how our transport network operates every day.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and embedding transport transformation across your region.
You’ll:
- Lead structured change management across multiple DCs
- Secure buy-in from General Managers and Logistics Managers
- Translate site-led ideas into scalable network initiatives
- Deliver change projects to time, scope and benefit
- Use data and insight to measure impact and drive improvement
- Champion consistency, resilience and best practice
You’re an experienced change professional with strong operational credibility.
You’ll bring:
- Experience delivering transformation or change within transport or logistics environments
- The confidence to influence General Managers and senior operational stakeholders
- Strong project and change management capability
- The ability to balance strategic intent with practical, site-based delivery
- A structured, collaborative and outcome-focused approach
- Flexibility to travel regularly across your region
- International CPC
