Branch Manager
Location: Basingstoke Town Centre (RG21 – parking available)
Salary: £40,000 basic - OTE £70,000
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Office-based

Remarkable Jobs are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable and well-established estate agency who are seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to lead one of their most successful and high-performing branches, located in the heart of Basingstoke town centre (RG21) with parking available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Branch Manager to take ownership of a busy branch with a strong lettings portfolio and a substantial sales pipeline. With time, performance and commitment, this role offers genuine progression towards becoming a future business partner.

Branch Manager Role

As Branch Manager
, you will lead and develop an established team of three, driving performance across both sales and lettings while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

This Branch Manager role suits a high-energy, motivational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.

Branch Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of Negotiators and Listers
  • Drive performance across both sales and lettings pipelines
  • Maximise revenue, market share and branch profitability
  • Coach and develop the team through hands-on leadership
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and client relationships
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the branch and wider business
What They Are Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Negotiator ready to step up
  • Strong leadership and team management capability
  • Track record of delivering results in residential sales and/or lettings
  • High energy, driven and commercially focused

Desirable:

  • Experience managing both sales and lettings teams
  • Ambition to progress into senior leadership / business partnership
